Fettuccine with White Wine ChimiButter & Shrimp


  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
  • 1 package of White Wine ChimiButter™ (green)
  • 1/2 lb of fettuccine uncooked
  • 1/3 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • salt


  1. Cook pasta following instructions on package
  2. Drain pasta
  3. In a large skillet sautee shrimp in White Wine ChimiButter™
  4. Add heavy cream
  5. Let it simmer until it begins to thicken
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Place pasta on a large plate
  8. Cover pasta with ChimiButter shrimp sauce
  9. Serve with parmesan cheese on top
