Mussels with Langoustine and White Wine ChimiButter Sauce


  • 1 lb langoustine (cleaned)
  • 2 lb of mussles (cleaned)
  • 2 packages of White Wine ChimiButter™ (green)
  • 3/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • salt


  1. In a large skillet sautee langoustine in White Wine ChimiButter™
  2. Add mussels and cover with a lid
  3. Turn up to medium-high heat let it cook for about 5 min
  4. Remove mussels that didn’t open
  5. Turn down to low heat, add heavy cream, parmesan cheese and let it simmer for 2 min
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Serve in a large dish easy to share… Let’s start the party! Don’t forget some crusty bread to dip in sauce.
