Kebabs with Chimichurri

Chicken Kebabs

- 1 lb of skinless boneless chicken thighs

- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

- SambaFlavor chimichurri seasoning (orange package)

 

  1. Cut chicken in medium size cubes.
  2. Arrange chicken cubes in skewers
  3. Brush vegetable oil on chicken cubes
  4. Shake package of seasoning
  5. Sprinkle seasoning all over chicken lightly
  6. Grill each side for 3 minutes

Variation: sautee chicken cubes in a non-sticky pan with no oil.
 

Steak Kebabs

- 1 lb of your preferred steak

- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

- SambaFlavor chimichurri seasoned salt (yellow package)

 

  1. Cut steak in medium size cubes.
  2. Arrange steak cubes in skewers
  3. Brush vegetable oil on steak cubes
  4. Sprinkle seasoned salt all over steak cubes lightly
  5. Grill each side to your preferred doneness
  6. Serve with SambaFlavor Chimichurri sauce on top

Shrimp Kebabs

- 2 lb of shrimp

- 3 tbsp of olive oil

- 1/3 cup of SambaFlavor chimichurri sauce

  1. Wash and clean shrimp
  2. Arrange shrimp in skewers
  3. Mix oil and sauce very well
  4. Brush mixture on shrimp
  5. Grill each side for 1 Ѕ minutes

Serve with SambaFlavor Chimichurri sauce on top.
